In Episode 4, Leslie-Ann interviews Melinda Belle (Melinda Peter), a Financial Consultant out of Barbados. They discuss ways in which people can get to create a secure financial present and future, using simple tips that are proven to work. They also discuss the barriers to financial literacy and security, which often starts in the home, where there can be taboos about money and discussing money matters.
The episode seeks to advise listeners on how to change their views about money and wealth; and help to end a cycle in black cultures, especially in the Caribbean, where generational wealth is not actively pursued.
